Special thanks to the Frantics for their pink cake. |
Mark your calendars comic jam lovers! May marks a very busy month for comic-related stuff. This past weekend was the fantastic Ottawa
Comiccon which saw Ottawa Jammers out in full force, selling their beautiful artwork and taking commissions. It was wonderful seeing Ronn
Sutton & Janet
Hetherington's work, Amy Van
Torre, Susan
Shore and Matt and Anne
Erkhart at the con, as well as past jammers Tom
Fowler and Dominic Chénier (of
Mirror Comics.) Jammers Colleen Temple and Scott MacLellan took the journey last weekend to enjoy
TCAF (the Toronto Comic Arts Festival), which unfortunately was scheduled on the same days as the con.
